Additionally, it's highly effective for achieving comprehensive surface finishes, including No.4 finishing.

Enhancing the process further, the planetary abrasive barrel station comprises four abrasive barrels, with two rotating clockwise and the other two counterclockwise. This setup impeccably smoothens edges and contours. It's particularly well-suited for processing parts derived from techniques like laser cutting, punching, and shearing. These parts typically exhibit small to medium-sized burrs and sharp edges. Notably, this station consistently delivers superior deburring and edge rounding results, drastically outperforming manual methods.

A key advantage is the substantial enhancement in efficiency. Gone are the days of metal dust being released into the air, as the system efficiently extracts it.
