Machine description:

Jonsen SG1600-3TB+3B provides a slag and dross removal and clean smooth rounding edge on both Top and bottom size in one pass.  

The  Innovated technology of this machine is six stations of  Jonsen patent “deslagging and deburring vertical belt”.

The flexible metal alloy pillar and abrasive block is installed a vertical rotating rubber based belt to work on the cutting parts.   

The deslagging and deburring tooling works mainly on the edges to offer an efficient job.  Compared with the boring  manual deburring work, SG1600-3TB+3B  offer a closed and cleaning deburring job.

For the removal of residual slag from plasma and flame blanking workpieces, it also provides clean upper and lower surfaces and rounded and smooth corners. Selection of double-sided grinding processing equipment suitable for "large pieces", "medium pieces" and "small pieces" of intelligent production lines.

The core grinding mechanism adopts Xiangsheng's patented "one-circle two-grinding chamfering deburring machine and deburring method", equipped with special elastic steel column abrasive box and elastic abrasive sheet abrasive box, only for the corners and hole edges of the workpiece. Automatic deburring machine SDGB1000 is capable of efficient de-slagging and edge rounding of medium-thick metal parts after oxy-fuel, plasma, or high power laser cutting processes.

1^st work station is equipped with zig-zag patterned hammer type de-slagging disk station (D) for knocking out the heavy slags. 2^nd work station is equipped with narrow abrasive belt head (G) for sanding on leftover molten slags (usually there are molten slags at piercing point, it has to be sanded down by abrasive belt head). 3^rd work station is equipped with horizontally arranged crossbelt station for final edge rounding and surface smoothening.
